Our clients can contract with our service to handle all of the pre-auction preparation, or they may wish to save that expense and handle pre-auction preparation on their own. Of course, we are available to answer any questions or address any concerns that may arise.

Once we have a signed auction contract, we will take photos of your property and begin planning the best way to market your auction. Regardless of whether your auction is Live On-Site or Internet Only, we use a wide range of print and digital advertising media to market your property. These include local newspapers, auction newspapers, specialty newspapers, internet (including our website, auction specialty websites & facebook), signs and more. Targeting the people who are most interested in your property creates competition and produces the best possible results for your auction.

On the day of your auction, we will arrive early to make sure that all last minute preparations are in order, and assist in any way necessary. After the auction, our clients receive a list of all items sold and their selling price, as well as a full accounting of auction proceeds and expenses.
