Dawson Souder
A lifelong resident of Washington County and a Veteran of the Korean War era, Dawson co-founded T&S Auction Service, with lifelong friend Carroll Tash, in 1964. Since then, he has conducted thousands of auctions for clients spanning 3 generations.

Billy Hagan
A native of Winter Garden, FL, he moved to Pekin from Los Angeles, CA. He is a 2004 graduate of the Indiana College of Auctioneers and member of the Indiana Auctioneers Association and National Auctioneers Association. He has earned the Auction Technology Specialist* designation from the NAA and has been accepted to the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute.

Jeff Souder
Jeff is a native of Pekin and holds a B.S. in Land Surveying from Purdue University. He is a 2002 graduate of the Missouri Auction School, with further study at the Indiana College of Auctioneers.
