Billy Hagan

A native of Winter Garden, FL, Billy moved to Pekin from Los Angeles, CA. He is a 2004 graduate of the Indiana College of Auctioneers and a member of the Indiana Auctioneers Association and National Auctioneers Association. He has earned the Certified Auctioneers Institute, Auction Marketing Management and Graduate Personal Property Appraiser designations from the NAA, is a former member of the IAA Board of Directors, a USPAP compliant appraiser and an instructor at the Indiana College of Auctioneers. Billy is a licensed auctioneer in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee and Florida.
Jeff Souder

Jeff is a native of Pekin and holds a B.S. in Land Surveying from Purdue University. He is a 2002 graduate of the Missouri Auction School, with further study at the Indiana College of Auctioneers.
Kyle Garber

Kyle started helping T&S Auctions as a sheet runner at live auctions, when he was just 6 years old. Developing a love for auctions, he decided to become a licensed auctioneer and is a 2023 graduate of the Indiana College of Auctioneers.
